At PulsePawsLab, we are committed to getting your pet essentials to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we handle your orders from the moment you click 'Buy' to the moment it arrives at your door.
1. Free Express Delivery
PulsePawsLab offers FREE EXPRESS DELIVERY on all orders sitewide. No minimum order value is required to qualify for free shipping. This offer is available to all customers during our active promotional period and will be updated on our website if any changes occur.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.
3. Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch (after processing), not the date of purchase. Typical delivery windows are:
- Domestic Orders: 5–10 business days
- International Orders: 7–20 business days (varies by destination and customs)
These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors outside of our control. PulsePawsLab is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services or customs authorities.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the courier's tracking portal. You can monitor your delivery status in real time using this information. If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of your order, please contact our support team.
5. Shipping Destinations
PulsePawsLab ships to customers worldwide. International orders are subject to applicable customs duties, import taxes, and fees, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient. PulsePawsLab is not responsible for delays resulting from customs inspection or for any additional charges levied by customs authorities in the destination country.
6. Address Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. PulsePawsLab is not liable for orders that are lost, delayed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If you realize you have entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately at pulsepawslab@gmail.com. We will make every effort to update the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been handed to the courier.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with neighbors or household members
- Check your building's mail room or reception area
- Contact the courier directly using your tracking number
- Wait 2 additional business days in case of carrier scanning delays
If the package is confirmed lost, please contact us at pulsepawslab@gmail.com and we will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
8. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the item(s) and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at pulsepawslab@gmail.com. We will promptly arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
