Refunds & Returns Policy

At PulsePawsLab, your satisfaction — and your pet's happiness — are our highest priorities. We want every purchase to be a positive experience. If something is not right, we are here to make it right.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered
- Items returned after the 30-day window has expired
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase
- Downloadable or digital products (if applicable)
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Email pulsepawslab@gmail.com with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Step 2: Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with return authorization and instructions.
- Step 3: Securely pack the item(s) and ship them to the return address provided in our email.
- Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the item(s), we will process your refund or exchange within 5–10 business days.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method (PayPal). Please allow:
- 5–10 business days for us to process your refund after receiving the returned item
- An additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your PayPal account, depending on your financial institution
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variant, please follow the same process as a return and indicate your preferred replacement in your email. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at pulsepawslab@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue
We will arrange for a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you — no return shipping required for defective or incorrect items.
7. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to a PulsePawsLab error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for returned items that are lost in transit.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please:
- Check your PayPal account or bank statement again
- Contact PayPal customer support
- If the issue persists, email us at pulsepawslab@gmail.com and we will investigate immediately
